Since 1992, Chang Clinic & Surgery was established to provide quality healthcare services to serve the healthcare needs of the multi-generational families in the Outram Park, both young and old.
Today, we are an established medical clinic known to many families in the Tanjong Pagar, Everton Park and Spottiswoode Park areas and beyond.

Dr. Stephen Chang
Family Physician, MBBS (Singapore)
Dr. Stephen Chang graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS, Singapore) degree from the National University of Singapore Medical School in 1987.
He then underwent training at the Singapore General Hospital from 1988 to 1992 in various Medical and Surgical disciplines including a year in the Accident & Emergency Department. In 1992, he moved into private medical practice as a General Practitioner.
He has been a registered Family Physician with the Register of Family Physicians since 2013.
A well-known fact:
Dr. Chang is multi-lingual! He is proficient in English, Malay, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Chinese.
Our Team
Our team consists of our Clinic Manager with 30 years of experience, Clinic Administrator with a Masters in Health Services Management, and our SMA-trained and certified Clinic Assistants.
