  2. Blue or Orange CHAS card holders, AND

  3. 18-26 years (have not been vaccinated); OR
    27-45 years (received first HPV vaccination dose by 26 years old)

We offer FREE Pfizer COVID Vaccinations to eligible Singaporeans, PRs, WP/EP/LTVP holders.

Kindly bring your:

  • IC/FIN Card or

  • Valid IPA documents with FIN number

Vaccination is subject to clinical eligibility, please contact us if you are not sure.

By appointment on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Serology Tests

Serology Test

Overseas Vaccination Records that cannot be verified digitally will require a serology (blood) test before ingestion to the NIR.

Kindly bring your:

  1. Passport

  2. In-Principle Approval (IPA) or FIN card

  3. Vaccination Certificate 

Results take 2-3 working days.
